A month in babes!

I drew alot of women with me ink last month. Here's some you might have seen if you follow my instagram @SBryning

Before the world ensnares me again in the brutal pursuit for money I give you this. I hope you like it and it makes you wanna see the rest of this thing. I don't know what it is yet exactly but over the last month I pencilled and inked 11 pages of it that I will start to release on a dedicated site.
Here goes then.

Today's inking

Little ink sketch I did after staring at the vine across the road. Wish I'd but more (and better) birds in her head dress.

Various works dump

Here are some scans of recent work. Some just sketches that I like and others almost finished pieces.

Really enjoying inking and limited coloured paintings

Sebastian Hawks Creature hunter entry

Here's a little thing done for Tristan Jones' new comic venture Sebastian Hawks- Creature Hunter. It just succeeded in getting crowd funded. Jesus, I really should've posted this before to help out. Sorry Tristan.

Holiday drawings

SO I went down the coast with my lady. Swam and slept and ate and drank. That was all. And some drawing. Some progress too I think. The aim was to firm up on anatomy and develop my brush work. I've been studying Andrew Loomis' classic 'Figure Drawing for all its worth' and a Big Book of 'Gross Anatomy' from Ben my Chiro friend, with real pictures of cadavers! Really starting to gel I think.

This was a straight copy to sort out the muscles and bones of the arm.

Joey from life

The nude male form in motion and a...demon thing doing that hulk move. I like the inking on this!

Without ref poses(not very convincing). One of them is doing a lazy spin bowling action

While I was watching a Ninja film.

Inks

I'm posting this page of finished inks so my next post can be the coloured page which means I won't drag my heels with the colouring so I can post here again... You get me?

This is probably my favourite finished page so far.

Goon art!

You may have seen the Goon art Comp floating around the Net.
Well here's my crack and a nice little exploration in brush use so it was.

Some cartoon stuffs

I rediscovered brush and ink work when I was in America. I really love it the most and am trying to hone my style whenever I get time. Here's a couple of little ones I coloured. Have to hone that too.
